Your domicile is your permanent legal residence. A person may have more
than one residence, for example a vacation home but can have only one domicile. The legal test for domicile is determined by their demonstrated intent not to leave permanently. However, as a general matter the domicile is the place where you are registered to vote.
You are
presumed to be domiciled in your birth country or where your
parents were born unless you have broken sufficient ties with that country.
